The Connected Leader
Leadership, Emotional Intelligence & Team Trust
Service Description
In today’s fast-paced world, the pressure to constantly perform can leave us feeling stressed, reactive, and disconnected from ourselves and others. This immersive clinic uses equine psychology and hands-on experiences with horses to explore emotional intelligence, leadership, and the foundations of trust. Horses are highly sensitive to nonverbal communication and internal emotional states. They respond honestly and immediately to the energy we bring into an interaction, offering powerful insight into presence, self-awareness, and authentic leadership. Through guided ground-based exercises, participants will explore how nervous system regulation impacts communication, group dynamics, and psychological safety. We will examine concepts such as neuroception, emotional regulation, and the role of calm, grounded leadership in creating trust and connection. This clinic is designed for corporate teams, coaches, educators, entrepreneurs, athletes, and anyone looking to strengthen their leadership skills in a meaningful and experiential way. Participants will learn how slowing down can improve clarity, decision-making, and relational effectiveness while creating space for others to thrive. No horse experience necessary. Completely ground-based (no riding). Water and lunch provided.
