All clinics are ground-based and require no horse experience.

A monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge through meaningful interactions with horses, nature, and community. Join us for an afternoon of guided equine experiences, reflection, conversation, and connection. Whether you come alone, with friends, family, or fellow horse lovers, this welcoming space offers an opportunity to step away from daily demands and return to what matters most.

The Horse Experience

Finding the Baseline

Stress Recovery, Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Awareness

Designed for first responders, medical professionals, and frontline workers, this clinic explores how chronic hyper-vigilance affects the nervous system and relationships outside of work. Through guided interactions with horses, participants learn practical tools for emotional regulation, stress recovery, and shifting from “high-alert” states back into grounded presence and connection.
